　　a fit of 突发一阵,阵发

　　例句：That night, on his way back from school, Phatik had a bad headache with a fit of shivering.

　　当晚，法提克正要从学校回家，突然感到头痛，伴随着一阵发抖。

　　break away (from) 突然离开,脱离;放弃(传统等)

　　例句：You never break away from it and it becomes the rest of your life.

　　有的事，你永远不能从中抽脱，慢慢它就变成了你剩下的生命。

　　break off 折断;突然中断或停止

　　例句：The two West African states had broken off relations two years ago.

　　这两个西非国家两年前已终止了关系。

　　break out 爆发;突然发生

　　例句：He was 29 when war broke out.

　　战争爆发时他29岁。

　　burst out 突然说出;突然(哭、笑、叫)起来

　　例句：The class burst out laughing.

　　例句：Whenever I write a poem these words always cross my mind.
