A 52 year old man has been charged over the abduction and sextual assault of two young children in North Perth. It's alleged8 the man lured9 the brown girl four and five from a holiday care center on Tuesday morning before sextually assaulting them, and then abandoning them in a nearby park. 

Japan is considering a high level intervention10 to revive its bid for Australia's 50 billion dollar fleet of submarines. The Federal government is expected to announce in within days just who will be award of the contract to build the new fleet of 12 submarines. The ABC has awared that Japan's bid is now third behind French and German ship builders.
