3. The pentagon showed off the world's largest unmanned surface vessel5. The 132-foot ship can travel up-to 10,000 nautical6 miles on its own. 

4. And the solar-powered plane has completed the first leg of its journey across the U.S. It touched down near Phoenix7, Arizona late Monday.
