Criticizing.

 

批判

 

Judging other people and speaking poorly of them isa lot like over indulging in a decadent² dessert; it feels good while you're doing it, but afterwards, you feel guilty and sick.

 

评判别人或是说别人的坏话就像是沉溺于过期的甜品，当你在做的时候感觉很好，但随后你就会感到内疚和厌恶。

 

Sociopaths find real pleasure in being mean.

 

反社会者会在刻薄中感到真正的快乐。

 

For the rest of us, criticizing other people （even privately³ or to ourselves）is just abad habit that's intended to make us feel better about ourselves.

 

但对于我们剩余的人来说，批判别人（即使是私底下或者我们自己说）是一种坏习惯，会让我们自我感觉良好。

 

Unfortunately, it doesn't. It just creates a spiral of negativity.

 

不幸的是，事实并不是这样。它只是制造了一个消极的漩涡。
