Maybe you can help them with their shopping or simply spend some time with them, listening. You don't have to look hard in our country to find those in real need. When we start to love our neighbours a little more, we start to heal our society from the inside out.I've heard so many stories of people giving or helping1 others and the common thread is always that they've received back in spades. It just seems to be one of those wonderful laws of the universe. And, helping others is at the very heart of the Christian2 faith.So let's be bold, get out there, determined3 to help someone and do something positive, together.

　　在山上宝训中，耶稣说像爱自己一样爱邻里。那我们在现实中该怎么做呢？譬如，在你的社区可能有个孤寡老人，你可以帮他们买买东西，或者只是花点时间听他们说说话。你不用去满世界到处找需要帮助的人。当我们慢慢关爱自己的邻里时，我们这个社会就逐渐由内而外好转了。我听过很多助人为乐的故事，通常情况下他们也都得到了报答，就好像是宇宙中的一条神奇定律似的。而且助人为乐也是基督信仰的中心思想。所以，让我们一起勇敢的走出去，下定决心做点积极的事情，助人为乐去吧。
