"Obviously it's a big big setback¹ coming out of the tour like that, but training's been going well, I've done as much as I can in the time frame that I had building up to the Vuelta. It's a very different approach to how it approached Tour de France, and I'm here with a lot less pressure and just hoping to finish off the season in a good way."
