模仿文本： Now how would you go about creating your own sustainable food production system on top of your house? Apparently¹ a growing number of people are doing it using aquaponics. You don't always need soil and all the necessary nutrients² are supplied to plants through a water supply linked to fish in a nearby tank. Small businesses in London are catching³ on to the idea, supplying salads, herbs and fish to local restaurants. The BBC's Elizabeth Hotson went to see one located in a car park.
