【英音模仿秀】阿根廷债务违约

It's not often that a country defaults on its international debt even though it isn't even broke. But that's what's happened to Argentina in the past few hours. The story is that the majority of the institutions and people who lend money to Buenos Aires had agreed to be paid back a lot less than they originally gave it. But one group of creditors¹, the so-called holdouts, were demanding that Argentina repay them the full amount they owed them. 

一个国家如果没有宣告破差就对其国际债务违约实属罕见，但这就是几小时前发生在阿根廷的事件。事情起因是大部分借债给布宜诺斯艾利斯的机构和个人同意政府以极少的款项还给这些债主，但有一部分债权人，所谓的那些拒不退让者，要求阿根廷将原本的借款等额退还。
