But we start off with the news that a little girl who was thought to have been cured of HIV now has detectable1 levels of the virus again. Just a day after being born, she was put on antiretroviral therapy2 for 18 months. Then she went without the drugs for more than two years and was still found to have no signs of HIV. But now she's four and tests suggest she's no longer in remission.
