　　最新行业数据显示，我国有关部门打击骗补后，9月新能源汽车的产量和销量大幅降低。

　　A total of 43,000 NEVs - pure electric cars and hybrid² electric cars - were produced in September, up 25.7% year on year, while sales increased 43.8% to 44,000, according to figures from the China Association of Automobile³ Manufacturers (CAAM).

　　中国汽车工业协会发布的数据显示，9月，新能源汽车(包括纯电动汽车和混合动力电动汽车)总产量为4.3万辆，销量为4.4万辆，同比分别增长25.7%和43.8%，增速明显低于8月。

　　The growth rates were markedly lower than in August, when NEVs output and sales soared 81.5% and 92.2%, respectively.

　　8月，新能源汽车产量和销量同比分别增长81.5%和92.2%。

　　The slowdown came after regulators announced punishments for five NEV producers in September for illegally obtaining government subsidies⁴.

　　9月，监管部门宣布处罚5家非法领取政府补贴的新能源汽车生产商，此后新能源汽车市场增速放缓。

　　China has been encouraging the use of new energy vehicles to upgrade the industry and ease pressure on the environment, offering tax exemptions⁵ and subsidies for car purchases and requiring government agencies to buy more new energy cars.

　　中国一直在鼓励使用新能源汽车，来完成产业的转型升级并缓解环境压力。此外还提供税收减免和汽车购买补贴政策，并要求政府机构购买更多的新能源汽车。

　　Thanks to government incentives⁶, the number of new energy cars sold in 2015 more than tripled year on year to 331,100.

　　由于政府的激励，2015年新能源汽车的销量比前年同期增长了三倍多，达到331100辆。

　　In the first nine months of this year, 302,000 new energy vehicles were produced and 289,000 were sold, up 93 percent and 100.6 percent respectively, according to the CAAM.

　　据中国汽车工业协会表示，在今年前九个月我国共生产了302000辆新能源汽车，销售289000辆，较2015年同比分别上升了93%和100.6%。
