模仿文本： The games industry hasn't woken up to the new consumer which is women who are driving the growth in industry. The big companies like Xbox and PlayStation don't put budget into female titles. They also are not actively¹ recruiting women. We need more women involved in the design process. Currently, only 4% of all developers in the UK are female.
