模仿文本:  Now the total number of veggie restaurants hasn't increased that much. Maybe it's about 500 or 600, and a few more B&Bs. But within that, the proportion¹ of vegan has shot up much faster. So there're now around 30 vegan restaurants and cafes in the UK and something opening almost every month. 

译文: 现在英国大概有30个严格素食主义餐厅和咖啡馆，还有一些每月几乎都营业的餐厅。在素食类餐厅中，严格素食类的菜品比例从三分之一以下迅速在大多数餐厅都增长到了至少一半以上。例如现在很多素食类餐厅都把甜品做成严格素食主义的，这样就和主流素食餐厅区分开了。
