Irish moneyman Kieran Holmes flies into struggling economies and helps them sort out how to raise more revenue and stamp out corruption¹. He's worked in Rwanda, Lesotho, Swaziland and Yemen. And he's currently based in Burundi where he is Commissioner-General of the Burundi Tax Collection Authority.
