模仿文本： What has followed in the 200 years or so since is the stuff of legend - the cocktail¹, a drink that can come with eye-catching colour. It can be long, short, bitter or sweet. Drinks come with an array of myths and stories surrounding their invention. Some are even true. It's also a world of innovation and flavour and one that more of us are embracing again. And by the way, most of the story will be told by people standing² behind the bar.

 

译文： 之后的200多年，逐渐形成了这种富有传奇色彩的饮料---鸡尾酒，该饮料还拥有夺目的色彩。它们亦长亦短，亦苦亦甜。酒的制作，伴随着许多传奇和故事，其中有些是真实的。鸡尾酒的世界同样充满创意和品味，越来越多的酒客流连忘返。顺便提一句，大部分关于鸡尾酒的故事，都是由站在吧台后的酒保娓娓道来。
