3. A Utah high school student is in custody6 after stabbing five classmates in the boy's locker7 room before being subdued8 by school employees. Officials say he was a straight-A student with no disciplinary history and was new at the school. 

4. A three-year $60 million repair job at the Capitol dome9 is done with two months to go before the inauguration10 day. The scaffolding around the dome has been removed. More than 1300 cracks in the dome have been repaired.
