The next time you see yourself in the mirror, stop for a minute, look into your eyes and simply¹ say "I love you".

 

下次在照镜子的时候,停留片刻,看着你的眼睛,对自己简单的说“我爱你”。

 

Tell yourself that you love all the imperfections in yourself because that is really what makes you the person youare.

 

告诉自己,你爱自己所有的不完美,因为这才是真正让你成为现在的自己。

 

You cannot expect to give love to other people if you do not give it to yourself first.

When you start accepting and loving the person you are inside, you will open up your heart to receive even more loveand appreciation² from other people.
