Ash:  She's not quite herself today, I'm afraid.

Tyler: Hmm? Well, that should be agood thing, right?

Tyler: How's dinner at EastHampton Point sound?

Ash: Like today can't be over soon enough.

Tyler: Then it's a date.

 Damn it.

Ash: What?

Tyler: I-I promised Daniel that we'd hang outtonight. He wants to talk about the troubles with his dad. I... I'd hate to seehim fall off the wagon¹ again.

Ash: Well, far be it from me to stand in the wayof that. Emily should be free. I'll just give her a call.

Tyler: Oh, wait. Why--why don't we just make it adouble date? What do you think?

Ash: It's a brilliant idea.

Tyler: Great. You work it out with the princess.I'll talk to Daniel and make a reservation for four.
