3. Heavy wet snow again blanketing New England, less than a week after the biggest storm of the season dumped nearly 20 inches on the region. Authorities in coastal5 Maine are urging drivers to stay off the roads due to Whiteout conditions. 

4. And in New York, the 141st Westminster Show is underway. Big finale is Tuesday night.
