　　Persistence¹ means you keep going even when the going gets tough and you stay focused on the task without getting distracted. Resilience is toughness. When you get knocked down, you bounce back up and try again. When you have both of these qualities, we call that grit² - and once you have grit, you can learn anything.

　　“坚持”意谓着就算数个闹钟轮流响着，你也会继续赖床；你沉浸在温暖睡意中，心无旁鹜。“适应力”代表着韧性，在被闹钟吓醒时，你会快速倒回床上，并且试着再度沉睡。当你同时具备这两种特质，我们就称这新的结合为“毅力”。一旦你具备“毅力”，你就可以学会任何事。
