　　The key areas the insurance projects cover include heavy industry, heavy metals, textiles and the chemical industries.

　　"The mandatory6 environmental pollution insurance is significant for protecting the nation's environment, but product design could be complicated, which requires qualified7 actuaries and the input8 of risk control expertise," said Wang Guojun, an insurance professor at the University of International Business and Economics.
　　对外经贸大学保险系教授王国军表示："环强险"对于保护我国环境具有重要意义，但产品设计可能较复杂，需要合格的精算师并投入风险控制的专业人才。
　　Hao Yansu, director of the School of Insurance at the Central University of Finance, said China should first have related laws and regulations on environmental pollution liability.
　　中央财经大学保险学院院长郝演苏表示，我国首先应该出台环境污染责任相关法律法规。
　　"Besides the CIRC and the MEP, more ministries9 and commissions, including the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, should participate in the implementation plan and have joint regulation," Hao added.
　　郝演苏还指出：“除了保监会和环保部，财政部和国家发改委等更多部委应当参与"环强险"实施方案并进行联合监管。”
