1.  President Barack Obama is promoting an order called "Buy American, hire American". In Wisconsin, he toured a toy manufacturer and signed the order. It's aimed at curbing1 abuse of VISA program that relies on the high skilled foreign workers. 

2. Police say the man accused of recording2 a murder and posting it to Facebook has killed himself. Police have been searching for Steve Stephens since he allegedly killed a retired3 man in Cleveland. Officials say he shot himself after he was spotted4 in arena5, Pennsylvania. 

3. It's one of the Philippine's deadliest road accidents in years. At least 26 people are dead after a bus crash in northern mountain town. The bus apparently6 lost its brakes and plunged7 into a ravine. 

4. Spectators watched at least 5 rockets with the cargo8 capsule lifted off from Cape9 Canaveral Tuesday morning. The capsule is carrying cargo for the international space station. It's dedicated10 to former astronaut and senator John Glenn who died last year.
