China's 13th five-year plan will be reviewed by China's legislature body during its annual meetings in March. To carry out the plans, we are calling on all political parties to get onboard."

Han Qide is the head of the Jiusan Society, which is one of eight political parties recognized under the leadership of the CPC.

The whole nation is full of confidence in achieving the Chinese dream under the leadership of Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee. At the same time, we are fully-confident in the latest five-year plan, which is a solid blue print for national development in the next five years and beyond."

Under the political structure in China, representatives from non-CPC political parties are consulted about the direction the Communist Party of China is taking when it comes to its policies.
