　　You train start training⁷ again at 6, train from 6 to 8 六点再开始训练，六点到八点

　　Right, relax and now all of a sudden you're back at it again, 2 to 4, now you're back at it again 7 to 9 休息，然后再来一遍：2点到4点，然后7 点到9点，再来一遍

　　Look how much more training I have done by simply starting at 4 所以你看，四点起床让我可以多训练这么长时间
