In Afghanistan, a suicide bomber³ struck near an intelligence service office in Kabul Monday. At least six people were killed in the attack.

Guatemala has announced that it plans to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. It will be the first country to follow President Trump's lead on the issue.

And snow and ice made Christmas eve travel difficult in much of the pacific northwest. A winter storm is expected to drop snow from the upper Midwest to New England on Monday.
