North Korea is threatening to cancel Kim Jong Un's planned summit with President Trump1. The country already dropped a high-level meeting with South Korea over joint2 US-South Korea military exercises.

A federal official in southern California anonymously3 tells AP that a fatal explosion appears to have come from a package. The blast killed one person and injured three others in an Orange County office building Tuesday.
