The White House says President Trump2 and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will meet at a luxury resort in Singapore. The resort is more secluded3 than other options for next week's summit.

Dozens are known dead and close to 200 missing, days after a massive volcanic4 eruption5 in Guatemala. The ground is still too hot in some places for crews to search for survivors6 and victims.

And officials on Hawaii's Big Island say the Kilauea Volcano has destroyed hundreds more homes. Most residents in the newly affected7 areas had already evacuated8.
