（单词翻译）

 一个英语单词可分为三部分：前缀（prefix）词根（root）后缀（suffix）。位于词根前面的部分就是前缀。前缀，可以改变单词的意思。

im-, in-
① 表示“不，无，非”
immense = im + mens（测量；dimension尺寸，大小）+ e → 不能测量的 → adj. 巨大的
impatient = im + patient（耐心的）→ adj. 不耐烦的
incredible = in + cred（相信；credit信任）+ ible → 不能相信的 → adj. 难以置信的
independence = in + depend（依靠）+ ence → 不依靠别人 → n. 独立
indifferent = in + different（不同的）→ 没什么不同的 → adj. 一般的（因为是一般的，没有什么特殊的（照顾），所以引申为“冷漠的”）
indirect = in + direct（直接的）→ adj. 间接的，委婉的
innocent = in + noc（有毒，伤害；nocuous有毒的）+ ent → 无毒的，不伤害的→ adj. 清白的
invisible = in + vis（看见）+ ible → adj. 看不见的，无形的
