President Donald Trump1 has declared a national emergency at the southern border and will use his executive authority to take billions of dollars that had been allocated2 for other projects to build his border wall. Democrats3 are blasting the move as unconstitutional.

After years of searching, park rangers6 in Mexico have found a large monarch7 butterfly colony. Officials say the colony will be off limits to public viewings to protect the insects while they hibernate8.
