A man wearing a fake explosive vest stabbed several people in London, killing1 two in what police are treating as a terrorist attack. After the stabbings, the suspect was tackled by members of the public and then fatally shot by officers on London Bridge, officials say.

Dutch police said three people were injured in a stabbing incident late on Friday in the city of the Hague. The incident took place on a main shopping street, which was busy with people looking for Black Friday Deals.
