The high court will deliver its judgment on Friday afternoon in Canberra.

The latest Australian Bureau of Statistics figures show 74-and-a-half per cent of survey forms have now been sent back. That's 300-thousand more on last week with formal scanning now underway. The ABS sent out about 16-million forms in total.
