The Dallas Museum of Art in Texas is currently hosting a retrospective of the career of J. M. W. Turner, considered by many one of the greatest landscape painters in the history of art. The exhibit will travel to the Metropolitan¹ Museum of Art later this year. VOA's Carolyn Turner took in the more than 145 paintings and watercolors during the exhibition's stop in Washington.
