Wen Jiabao encouraged workers to stay positive.
Wen Jiabao said, "The rescue team will soon arrive. They are professional. We'll do our best to rescue stranded3 people. The severe natural disaster has cost us a lot. Now we're at the crucial stage of fighting the quake and continuing disaster relief. We need to be calm, confident and united to achieve success. Our top priority is saving lives and rescuing those trapped."
Wen Jiabao arrived in Dujiangyan Monday afternoon, about four hours after the earthquake struck.
