    RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- The Fluminense soccer team officially announced the arrival of star midfielder Deco on Saturday.
    The negotiation1 and liberation2 of the player with England's Chelsea took nearly two months to conclude.
    The vice-president of soccer at Fluminense, Alcides Antunes, made the announcement（公告）. After the club received the official liberation（释放,解放） of the player from Chelsea on Saturday, the club immediately signed the athlete to a two-year deal.
