    BEIJING, Feb. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- U.S. golfer Tiger Woods was fined for a spitting incident during the final round of the Dubai Desert Classic, according to foreign media reports Tuesday.
    During the match, Woods was caught by cameras spitting on the course’s 12th green after missing a putt. The indecent behavior triggered outrage¹ among golfing fans with the European Tour's website receiving dozens of complaints（投诉,抱怨） within minutes.
