 　　人都是需要鼓励的。当别人表现不错的时候，你一定要给与肯定。当别人打退堂鼓的时候，一定要鼓励他坚持下去。下面是一些鼓励的话，赶紧来学学吧。

　　1. Well done! 干得不错！（肯定、鼓励对方的工作）
　　a. — What do you think of my article？你认为我的文章怎么样？
　　— Well done. 写得不错。
　　b. — Is my work OK? 我的工作还行吗？

　　2. You can do it! 你肯定行！（肯定对方的能力）
