It’s just passed new laws making workplace and cyber bullying a criminal offence with penalties of up to 10 years in jail.
 
And in the United States, prosecutors8 have filed new charges against the alleged9 mastermind of the September 11 attacks. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four of his co-accused now face charges of conspiracy10 and mass murder. The new charges will be formally announced later today.
