 　　夏天就是惬意，女士们可以穿上漂亮裙子尽情展示自己的风采和身材。但是夏天有一点不好，就是阳光太毒，防晒工作做不好的话，精心保养来的白皙皮肤就不见了。这次我们就来看看有关防晒的英文表达。

　　1. Can you pass me the sunblock?
　　能不能把防晒油递给我？
　　首先我们来看看防晒必备用品都有什么。第一防晒霜（sunscreen）和防晒油（sunblock）是必不可少的。在防晒护肤品的瓶子上都有一个SPF的标识，它是Sun Protection Factor 的缩写，意思就是防晒指数。SPF值越高，防晒时间越长。防晒SPF值×15＝防晒的时间(分钟)；如果你要旅游，可以使用SPF20左右的防晒品。在高原烈日下活动或去海滩游泳，则至少要用SPF30的防晒品。记得防晒霜要在出门前30分钟涂哦！
　　防晒护肤品是用来保护皮肤的，太强的阳光对眼睛也会造成伤害。所以你还应该给自己配上一副太阳镜（sunglasses）。此外，一顶帽子或是一把遮阳伞（sunshade）也可以帮你挡住热辣的阳光。
　　2. You might get sunburned if you stay in strong sunlight for a long time.
　　如果在强烈的阳光下呆得太久，你可能会被晒伤的。
　　“晒伤”就是sunburn，这个词即可作动词也可以作名词用。万一晒伤也没关系，这里有几个小诀窍，可以帮你改善一下皮肤。You can use certain kinds of vegetables and fruits. 用黄瓜的切片或者去皮的芦荟涂一涂晒伤的皮肤。黄瓜片可以让你感到清凉，芦荟还能起到消炎的作用。如果皮肤晒得脱皮，千万不要用手撕，可以用毛巾包着冰块冷敷一下，你会感觉好多了。

　　你晒的很棒。
　　古铜色的皮肤也是当今的流行之一。但要把皮肤晒成漂亮的古铜色也不容易。看到有人晒成了，你就可以跟他说You have a nice suntan. Tan 这个词可单独当动词或形容词用，例如I am tanned. 就是“我晒黑了”。You have a nice tan skin. 就是“你的皮肤晒的很棒”。还有，你可以用 grab a tan 来表示出去晒太阳，例如I love to hit the beach and grab a tan. 至于形容晒黑的程度，则可以用 I have light/medium/dark tan skin. 来表示。游泳的人皮肤都给晒得颜色很深，但是有泳衣遮盖的部分还是白的，于是身体上就有了一条“黑白界线tan line”。
　　除了tan，表示晒日光浴还可以用 catch some rays / sun 来表示，比如 Let's catch some rays. 就是“我们去晒日光浴吧”的意思。另外，“日光浴”的名词是sunbath。
　　由于古铜色的皮肤如此流行，甚至产生一种行业 bodies tanning，就是那种利用室内的紫外线灯，把皮肤给晒黑的一种服务。很多皮肤过于白皙的男明星都去晒过哦
