　　Caroline: As a fresh graduate, what do you think is the most essential factor to establishing and maintaining a good relationship with your future boss?

　　Cindy: All the supervisors¹ have rich experience. So first of all I will obey the demands of the supervisors. Secondly², I will ask their advice and maintain an open mind.
