　　The Cycling Tour of Turkey began on April 22 in Antalya and came to a close on Sunday as cyclists raced from Sultanahmet Square of Istanbul's old city, along the European coast and across the Bosporus Bridge to the Asian side for the finish.
　　167 cyclists from 25 teams, of which 23 are internationally acclaimed3 professional cycling teams, compete in the race and gain a great deal of public attention.
　　In previous years, the tour has kicked off in Istanbul and taken the riders to southern Turkey. The route for this year, which began in Alanya, was reversed4.
