　　美国文化的一部分好像是嘲弄别人和自嘲，tease others and tease oneself. 我本来就喜欢Teasing,来了美国更加变本加厉。

　　但是发现有些同志也不是好惹的，往往被我嘲弄之后也反把我说的下不了台，还好后来我学会了强调一句——

　　Don't get back at me please!!

　　我已经忘了是跟谁在什么时候学的这个短语了，但是get back at someone很好用，意思是报仇雪恨。所以我想表达的就是只许我欺负你不许你欺负我...不许跟我报仇！

　　同时还有个同样好用的短语，是get back to,就是之后再跟你说。比如老师给你一个任务你暂时完成不了可以说I'll do some research first and get back to you later.我先研究一下之后再给您回复。这样又可以保证及时回邮件，又给了自己周转的时间。

　　Note: get back at take revenge on (someone): I wanted to get back at them for what they did.
