　　Meanwhile, US Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in South Korea.
 
　　He's just completed a joint6 news conference with his South Korean counterpart, saying the world will not accept a nuclear North Korea.
 
　　Kerry has also met with South Korean President Park Geun-hye, with the two discussing ways to defuse tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
 
　　Kerry also plans to visit China this weekend, as well as Japan.
