雅思阅读应该如何提高

 　　首先，考生需要快速掌握文章基本结构。根据：文章标题就是全文的主题，第一、二段就是文章的中心思想，其余段落就是支持中心思想的依据，结尾就是对全文的总结，因此阅读的顺序可以为：第一步文章标题，第二步文章第一、二段段首段尾句，第三步其余段落第一句，第四部最后一段第一句。

　　其次，在扫读时需要特别留意：
　　1、主要名词，即和文章标题、中心思想相关的词;
　　2、关键连接词：
　　(1)并列：also， as well， too， not only … but also， both and， either or， neither nor…
　　(2)转折：but，however，yet，on the contrary，nevertheless…
　　(3)让步：despite，in spite of，although，even though，while…
　　(4)结果：Therefore，consequently，as a resultgive rise to…
　　(5)原因：result from，due to，thanks to，owing to……
　　3、特殊词：时间、人名、地名、数字、斜体等。
　　最后，在扫读的时候需要注意的是：
　　1、遇到长难句需要抓住句子的主干，即主语、谓语、宾语，说的浅显一些就是什么人干了一件什么事，看到有which、that引导的定语从句等类似从句可以忽略不看，以节省时间;
　　2、不要总是考虑面面俱到，希望把每句都读懂，首先是时间不允许，其次由于单词量的限制即便每句都读也不一定能全部弄懂。
