“笨手笨脚”怎么说

 俗话说：一母生九子，九子各不同。这句话在我邻居家孩子的身上体现得淋漓尽致。大女儿心灵手巧，做什么像什么；而二女儿却刚好相反，总是笨手笨脚。“All thumbs”就用来形容她这种笨手笨脚的人。

大拇指与其它手指配合，可以捡东西、旋转螺丝钉。但是，想象一下，如果你的十个指头都变成大拇指了，做起事来会多么笨拙。“All thumbs”就是这么来的，尤指做手工活时笨手笨脚。
