Recently a property management company in Fengtai district in Beijing suddenly jacks³ up the price by 50 percent, is it legal in the first place? How should property owners defend their rights?

When you are a student, needless to say you need textbooks to study. And usually you are poor.

 

In order to save a few pennies, many university students photocopy⁴ instead of purchase the textbooks.

 

Now Li Junhui, a legal expert has pointed⁷ out that photocopying books is an infringement on the authors' intellectual property rights.
