　　B: Yes,please. I'm here for an International Settlement. Our company has to effect payment¹, and it needs to be done today. Here's the advice?slip² for the payment.

　　A: Thanks. I'm sorry to say that you need to get this stamped. There is no stamp on this slip and it is essential³ before I can process it for you.

　　B: I see. So, I need to stamp it. And sign it too?
