Let me give you a brief description of the job. You will be responsible for answering the main phone line and transferring¹ calls to the appropriate departments. If there is no one available, you will take a message and put it in their inbox. You will greet all people that walk through the front door and have them wait in the lobby² area. You will take inventory³ of the supply closet weekly and order items if we run low on supplies. This is a full-time⁴ position. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
