If you are like me, the only time you get to see business or first class is on your way to the economy section. Well, on the new start-up airline, La Compagnie, no one will have to make that choice, either. The airline will be offering business-class only.
The company will start out with one route, a flight between Paris and Newark, New
Jersey1. La Compagnie will have only one plane which it will lease from Icelandair. Service is scheduled to begin on July 11 of this year. Tickets went on sale in France at the beginning of the week. A round-trip ticket costs $1,800, $2,400 or $4,600. Prices vary depending on
cancellation2 and change options. Tickets should go on sale in the United States at the end of June.

The airline’s Boeing 757-200 will be equipped with 74
fully3 reclining seats. Each seat will come with WIFI, Samsung
Galaxy4 Tablets loaded with French- and English-language entertainment, USB ports and power
outlets5.
According to company officials, the airline’s goal is to offer
luxurious6 service for the best price.
