　　B: Yes, please. I'm hoping to get a mortgage from you and was wondering about your interest rates.

　　是的。我希望能从你们这里获得按揭，并且想知道你们的利率。

　　A: I see. We offer Personal Housing Loans, or mortgages, at a rate of 0.42% per month.

　　我知道了。我们提供的个人住房贷款，或按揭，月息是0.42%。

　　B: That's pretty much the same as I've been quoted at other banks.

　　这和我在其他银行询问的结果差不多。

　　A: We offer many different payment plans. Would you be looking at long-term or short-term? Are you looking at a 10-year repayment¹ plan?

　　B: Definitely. I want to get my mortgage paid off as soon as I can.

　　B: Hmmm ... that does sound interesting. Is there anyone available I can talk with about this in more detail?

　　A: I'll get our Mortgage Adviser² for you. Please take a seat, I won't be a minute.
