YouTube is teaming up with the Digital Music Group to bring some popular classic TV shows to the web. Users can now see all-time TV favorites like " Gumby ", "My Favorite Martian" and" I, Spy". And here's the best of all, you can watch these shows for free. The deal will bring more than 4,000 hours of video content to the site.

Not only free. but you can actually see the entire episode which is quite a departure from the way YouTube normally does business.

Yeah, that's right. This is different from past deals which only clips of shows were posted on the site. And also both YouTube and Digital Music Group will share in the revenue generated through online commercials. The commercials will appear on the pages where the video actually plays. This makes some much more prominent than past advertising³ on the site. And along with the TV shows, Digital Music Group will also offer its approximately 40,000 music recordings⁴ to YouTube.
