 　　Episode1 one is called "Getting Up."   第一课的主题是“起床”。

　　The verb2 to get, "get," up means3 to get out of your bed - to leave your bed. 动词词组get（g-e-t）up意思是从床里出来，即离开床。
　　So, after you stop sleeping - after you wake up, then you get up - you get out of your bed. 所以你睡完觉以后，也就是醒了之后，你就要起床，离开床。

　　Her alarm, "alarm," is what makes noise - what wakes her up, usually it is an alarm clock that you can set the time to. 她的闹铃（a-l-a-r-m）可以发出声音，可以叫醒她，通常是一个可以设定时间的闹钟。
　　To set your alarm, "set," means to put it to the correct time. 设定闹钟（s-e-t），意思是把它调到正确的时间。
